High School Partnership Program
2008-2009
The Museum of Art is now accepting applications for its popular Exploring Museum Careers High School Partnership Program. In this program, high school students meet with museum staff throughout the school year to put together an exhibition of artworks from the museum’s collection. The students learn first-hand about Museum careers from professionals as they work with Museum staff and other students in the program to organize an exhibition to be held in March, 2008. Participation in this partnership requires involvement of at least one teacher from the student's school. A total of eight meetings will be held at the Museum throughout the school year, usually on Wednesdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., with the first meeting scheduled for October 10.
