The Library's extensive resources include video and audio materials that feature the great performers presented over the years by our Performing Arts Division. Members can borrow videos and CDs, as well as books and other materials. They also can get online information using high-speed Internet access.

Located on the second floor of the Academic Center, the Library boasts an impressive collection of more than 26,000 titles including monographs, exhibition catalogs and collection catalogs. While concentrating primarily on 19th- and 20th-century American and European art and 19th-century decorative arts, the reference library also features many titles relating to general art history, art theory, aesthetics, antiquities, and more. Also available are more than 25,000 35mm slides on fine art and architecture, and more than 80 art-related periodicals.

Reference

The library's extensive reference section features the recently published 34-volume Grove Dictionary of Art, the Encyclopaedia Britannica as well as auction catalogs, biographical dictionaries, exhibition records, and bibliographies.
